Python,If you've taken crypto payments for a while, you've probably hit one of these.
A payment processor freezes your balance while they "review" your account. Or a buyer's exchange flags their withdrawal because it's going to a payment company. Or your own exchange holds a deposit and asks you to explain where it came from and who sent it.
None of that has anything to do with your product. It's just the cost of having someone in the middle.
Crypteo takes the middle out.
What Crypteo is
Crypteo is a non-custodial crypto payment gateway. Your buyers pay your own wallet address directly. We watch the blockchain, match each payment to the right order, and tell your server when it's paid.
We never hold your money. We never see your private keys. There's no balance on our side for anyone to freeze, because the funds were never ours in the first place.
Why "never get blocked" isn't just a tagline
There are two places a crypto payment usually gets stuck.
The processor. Custodial gateways hold your funds and pay you out later. That gives them the power to pause you. With Crypteo there's no payout step, so there's nothing to pause.
The buyer's exchange. Plenty of buyers pay from an exchange account. When they send to a gateway's pooled deposit address, some exchanges block or question the transfer. With Crypteo they're sending to a plain personal wallet, which is just an ordinary withdrawal to them.
How it works
Create your account. Email and password. No KYC, no bank details, no approval queue.
Add your wallets. Paste the receiving addresses from a self-custody wallet like Base Wallet or Trust Wallet. We check every address against its network before saving it.
Get paid. Share a payment link with no code at all, or create a payment from your backend with one API call and send the buyer to the hosted checkout.
The buyer picks a coin, scans a QR code, and pays. Your dashboard updates, and your webhook fires the moment the payment confirms.
What you get
10 networks, 12 assets: Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana, XRP, BNB Smart Chain, Polygon, Tron, Dogecoin, Zcash and Cardano, plus USDC and USDT.
A hosted checkout you can brand. Upload your logo, pick your colour, and the checkout looks like yours.
Payment links for invoices, donations or one-off sales.
A REST API and signed webhooks, with a
paidfield so you know exactly when to fulfil an order.Test mode, so you can build the whole flow without moving real funds.
One thing to get right before you start
Receive into a wallet you hold the keys to, not an exchange deposit address. Exchanges screen every incoming transfer, and a stream of payments from strangers is exactly what makes them ask questions. A self-custody wallet just receives the money.
It takes two minutes to set up, and it's the difference between getting paid and getting a compliance email.
Pricing
You pay 0.15% to 0.45% of your monthly volume, depending on how much you take in. No setup fee, no monthly fee, no payout fees, because there are no payouts. The full breakdown is on the pricing page.
Getting started
Create an account, add a wallet, and take your first test payment. Most people are live in a few minutes. If you're integrating with code, the integration guide has copy-paste examples in cURL, Node.js, Next.js, Python and PHP.
Your money should go to you. That's the whole idea.
